Content We will ask you to outline your business, the problems you need help with, your budget, your timing, you can ask any question you like.
Outcome are we a good fit, do we wish to work together on this, or not?
BRIEFING SESSION
Content We will ask you endless questions until we understand everything we need to about the business and your customers and employees. You can continue to ask us anything you like.
Outcome We are ready to prepare a proposal for you.
PROPOSAL
Content Our approach, scope of work (deliverables, timeliness, milestone, reports) cost based on these.
Outcome you are ready to review our proposal.
PROPOSAL SESSION
Content You ask us endless questions until you understand everything you need to know about our proposal.We may ask you to clarify our working hypothesis.
Outcome You sign off on our proposal.
CONTRACT
Content We will send you a draft contract for your review. You may wish to add some clauses of your own.
Outcome You sign our contact .We will issue an invoice for 60% of the cost estimate.
PLANNING SESSION
Content We will discuss a work plan ,including roles and key dates for deliveries.
Outcome Agreed plan of action
ONGOING REVIEW SESSIONS
Content Review sessions and or progress reports during project.
Outcome Everyone is kept fully up to date on key matters.
DEBRIEF SESSION
Content We will discuss the project and working experience
Outcome You will have a full report containing key findings and action points . And we have a sense of whether or not we’d like to work together again on another project.
SUB - CONTRACTING
If a project requires skills and deliverables that are not in our skill set ,We will recommend the right people for the job and provide their credentials and examples of their work upfront. You are welcome to use the people we recommend or you can use your own trusted suppliers.
